Pathfinders has earned this distinction every year since the designation's inception, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in the recruiting profession.

HONORS
In 1991, the Georgia Association of Personnel Services developed the Million Dollar Hall of Fame awards for superior individual achievement by recruiters. Since that time, eight recruiters from Pathfinders have achieved this award.

Diane Post, a graduate of Georgia State University, is founder and President of Pathfinders. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant, a Certified Employee Retention Specialist, a featured leader in both Georgia and National Association publications and a recipient of the President’s Award for service by the state association. She has been featured by both GAPS and NAPS in their news publications. In 2005, Diane was inducted into the National Association of Personnel Services Hall of Fame for her leadership, expertise and innovation in the recruiting profession.

Pathfinders' Vice President, Gwen Hix Fausel, has achieved countless awards for superior performance and has been a member of the GAPS Million Dollar Hall of Fame since its inception in 1991. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she is a past Director of Membership and past Technology Chair for the Georgia Association. Gwen has served on both local and national panels for high achievers and has presented training sessions for other recruiting firms. Gwen is widely recognized for her recruiting expertise and consultative approach. She is a member of the elite Pinnacle Society comprised of the top recruiters in the United States.
